Map transforms should allow offset/tile/rotation in the map display node inside Slate.
When I need to offset a map node in the material editor, I often find it tedious typing in values and using the spinners. For example, if I want to zoom into a specific part of a bitmap node, you must make many steps back and forth between the tiling spinners and the offset spinners to get the correct transform.
I would like to be able to drag the bitmap node's display thumbnail to offset. Or simply add a new UI of the map into the transform UI. There is already the Rotate function that lets you drag the rotations interactively. I think that giving this functionality to the position and scale would have been more usable all along. I'd like this to be added/enhanced.

As this requires some UI design work, I will move it to the General Feature requests section.
