Improve Quick access toolbar
In 2013 it works worse than earlier.
I can't set a reset scene icon as a first icon, can't remove new scene icon, and sometimes the icons rearrange themselves.
Also there should be option to assign custom icons like in other toolbars.
Also customization is very inconvenient.

Put the Save File As command between the Save and Undo buttons. If that were the default setup, people like aban here would be less likely to hit the wrong button. If they did, they would get the save as dialog instead of simply overwriting the current file without warning.
