Move the camera as we navigate in perspective view.
The title its self explanatory. When you are viewing through a camera it should move as if you were in perspective, alt+middle mouse button=orbit around ,middle mouse button=pan...etc....
When in maya interaction mode (2013) this should be possible otherwise its inconsistent with the maya viewport navigation.
To prevent cameras from moving you can lock them.

If it did this, you would be forever moving the camera you perfectly aligned already, thinking it was a perspective view. Right now it's great because you know immediately that you're in the wrong viewport.
I find it useful to turn on walkthough mode for camera adjustment, not the same but it was a great addition.
You should be able to navigate in the viewports the same way you navigate in perspective or any orthographic viewport with the CTRL ALT MMB keys.
