Move transform position during move, scale and rotate
Although you can use the Working Pivot to achieve the same result it would be easier and quicker if we could select a hot key during any of the transforms to move the position of the transform origin to a new location.

Additional thoughts on this, I'm thinking this would be better targeted when in Sub-object mode, when you delete one half to model in symetry the pivot location is lost and you cannot scale from the center until you move the Working Pivot to the Pivot Point or where you need to scale around.
