Crowd Functionality

Everything needed to make this application similar to Massive. Maybe add the functionality of crowd with a mesh cache or subdivision level switch for previewing purposes.

    With 2015 you can now optionally bake selected populate characters to skin and bone rigs. These can be point cached or exported to things like other applications, game engines etc (FBX etc)
